Terms of Purchase and Use

Products manufactured by WilStone Creations, LLC are created with specific intented uses. For example: WilStone Stone Planters are created to provide containment of live plants planted directly into the stone.   However, how the customer chooses to use their products is up to their discretion.   WilStone Creations, LLC   offers no promise or guarantee of any kind on any product sold.   The consumer agrees to hold harmless WilStone Creations, LLC , and its affiliated partners from any loss or damages that occur due to proper or improper use of any product sold by WilStone Creations, LLC.  

The logos and products represented by WilStone Creations, LLC, its products, and affiliated partners are protected and may not be used without the written permission from WilStone Creations, LLC or its affiliated partners.   WilStone Creations, LLC is the exclusive manufacturer of the WilStone Stone Planters product line.   Any reproductions or infringements of protected rights may result in legal action.  

WilStone Creations, LLC Policy

All decisions of return, refund, or exchange are at the discretion of the management of WilStone Creations, LLC.   WilStone Creations, LLC reserves the right to refuse or deny return, refund or exchange rights if its management feels that the said products being questioned for refund, return or exchange do not fall under the company set guidelines for such procedures.

Furthermore, all refunds, returns or exchange requests must be accompanied by the entire damaged product (all of the pieces) seeking return, refund, or exchange.   No credit will be given to a consumer for presenting only part of a damaged product for return, refund or exchange.

Purchase Policies

By purchasing any product produced by WilStone Creations, LLC, consumer agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase as stated here in:

• All products are to be used as they were intended to be used.
• WilStone Creations, LLC does not guarantee any products used in conjunction with any product sold.
• A note on Candle Products: CUSTOMERS USE CANDLE HOLDER PRODUCTS AT THIER OWN RISK AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL DAMAGES OR LAIBILITIES INCURRED!

  • NEVER leave a lit candle unsupervised!
  • Do not burn Candles for extended periods of time .
  • If candle holder gets hot--put out the candle immediately.
    

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns and Refunds

WilStone Creations, LLC will accept undamaged product returns for a period of 30 days from date of sale.   All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt.   Products can not be of a personalized nature and must be regular stock merchandise only.   A Product Return Inspection will also be conducted to inspect the product for damages.   Once determined to be a returnable product then a Refund in the form of Store Credit will be issued for the product purchase price minus a 25% restocking fee.

There are no other conditions where a refund will be given for products manufactured by WilStone Creations, LLC.   Company Credit will be issued in place of refunds on all products manufactured by WilStone Creations, LLC that fall outside of the required parameters for a return.  

Exchanges

WilStone Creations, LLC will allow for product exchanges if the products are damaged, due to natural occurrences.  In the event that such a situation arises then WilStone Creations, LLC will inspect said products for damages and issue a product inspection report accordingly.   Only nature damaged products (hidden cracks), and products used for intended purposes, will be allowed for exchange or return.  

NOTICE

Consumer is responsible for all freight/shipping costs for any return, refund or exchange.
